By way of background, Strang is an independent architectural, engineering and interior design firm whose services also include master planning, energy modeling, lighting design, construction administration and project commissioning. We are headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin with an additional office in Chicago, Illinois and we work on projects across the nation. This company was founded in 1935 and our clients include Alliant Energy Center, American Family Insurance, American Players Theatre, Badgerland Financial, Covance, Culver’s, Electronic Theatre Controls, Kraft, M3 Insurance, Madison College, Monona State Bank, PPD, Promega, Summit Credit Union, TDS, US Cellular, University Research Park and the University of Wisconsin System. Electrical Revit Technician (Madison, WI)

We are seeking an Electrical Autodesk Revit Technician with three (3) or more years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Information Modeling, be a highly proficient user of BIM/Revit, and have a working knowledge of Auto Cad and the Microsoft Office Suite. Software competency testing will be a requirement of the interview process. Experience in electrical BIM work for the design of science and technology, corporate office and higher education projects is preferred. The ideal candidate is committed to client-focused design, possesses excellent communication skills, is detail oriented, works collaboratively and is able to excel in a dynamic multi-tasking interdisciplinary team setting.
