The state-of-the-art BioPharmaceutical Technology Center meets the expanding office, manufacturing, and research and development needs of Promega Corporation. The 200,000-s.f. building was one of the first of its kind in the United States to allow contract manufacturing of biological products and meet Food and Drug Administration Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 9000 design criteria.

Laboratories accommodate various production methods including: protein refolding, large-scale cell biology, organic synthesis and electromagnetic separations. Building components include training laboratories, cold rooms, classrooms and a 300-seat auditorium available for public use.

The office has an open plan to support collaboration and interaction. The Center has a variety of common spaces such as conference and lounge areas, a full-service cafeteria and dining room.
