Bruker AXS designs, manufactures, markets and services x-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrometers to a worldwide market. Their new 43,800-s.f. facility includes product, office and conferencing space, demonstration and testing laboratories, clean room environments, manufacturing assembly and warehousing space.

The building layout was developed to reflect optimal workflow patterns and create a pleasant work environment throughout the office and manufacturing areas. Because of security issues, customer access is limited to specific areas within the building.

The building was designed to accommodate a 40,000-s.f. expansion to accommodate growing sales and product development.
