Large Mixed-use Development
Strang developed the overall plan for City Center West, a 14-acre, phased, mixed-use business environment with seven commercial and retail buildings, a parking structure, and a large public plaza with a fountain. Two large office buildings anchor the development. These buildings are connected to each other at floor level, providing six floors of up to 40,000 contiguous square feet of space each. In addition to underground parking, these buildings include several shared amenities to encourage interaction and connection. A dining area provides a casual space for tenants to share lunch or have a quick meeting. Warm colors and glistening metal create a comfortable, sophisticated environment.
City Center West also includes a state-of-the-art training center for 100 people, a concierge service, retail spaces, a common-use board room, and lobby and Class A office spaces designed to rival spaces available in larger commercial real estate markets. A warm and inviting lounge is the perfect place for an impromptu casual meeting or a break. The building also features a casual cafe with a variety of seating arrangements.
