Strang is currently planning a Living and Learning Center (LLC) for the University of Baraboo/Sauk County campus. The project includes campus master planning which will address overall building space on the campus, development of a state-of-the art conference center accessible to the university as well as the community, and a student residential facility.

The LLC will foster economic development, build awareness of sustainable technologies within the Baraboo/Sauk County community and benefit campus recruitment efforts. Strang is providing a number of services for this project including: economic impact and feasibility studies, analysis of existing or proposed programs, conceptual development, in-depth cost and benefit studies, strategic planning, program documentation, design, engineering, equipment procurement services and consulting assistance during initial program implementation and operational enhancement consulting services.
