Strang is designing a new, 80,000 square foot accelerator building in the University Research Park. The building will house companies that have moved beyond early-stage development. The building will be located south of the MGE Innovation Center, also designed by Strang, a 113,000 square foot facility for earlystage companies. The accelerator building will serve as a bridge for companies seeking to move from the park’s incubator facilities to a stand-alone building, its suites will range in size from 2,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet. The suites can be equipped with wet labs, clean rooms, fume hoods, BSL and other amenities associated with science and technology space.
