Strang is designing a new 30,000 square foot office building to replace an existing, over-utilized, small and out-dated facility in Iowa County. The building will feature multiple meeting rooms, public use green space and green building applications including: site, energy conservation, materials, indoor air quality and water conservation.

Various county departments and user groups will use the facility including: Social Services, Health Department, UW-Extension, Commission on Aging, Veterans Services, Seniors United for Nutrition, Information Systems and more.
