Strang has developed plans for the Atrium at the Villager on South Park Street, which will house commercial retail and mixed use space. The primary goal of the Redevelopment Plan is to create a vibrant group of health, service and education agencies, which incorporates a wholesome community-oriented retail component and areas for community gatherings.
