Wisconsin Physicians Service (WPS) is Dane County's fourth largest employer. Strang is collaborated with WPS to develop a phased master development plan that will accommodate rapid personnel growth due to increased business developments.

Phase I included the redevelopment of the internal vehicular and pedestrian traffic patterns on the WPS campus, and a new 109,100 square foot, four-story office building. Future phases will accommodate a total of 5,200 employees on the campus and will include three additional office buildings totaling 368,000 square feet.
