| Designed and constructed in just 12 months, this 70,000-sf.,
4-floor commercial office building is oriented to maximize
views toward downtown Madison, while providing easy access
to Interstate 90/94. Planned as a speculative office building,
the building is designed to accommodate small or large tenants,
such as Park Bank and the Department of Administration. Its
square layout - with a 10-foot deep recess in the middle of
each side - provides 12 locations per floor for corner offices.
To maximize square footage, all mechanical systems are located
on the roof. The structure also includes a 5-lane drive-up
bank facility.
Park Bank Plaza's design is symmetric and classical, with
a rusticated masonry base, brick body, and cap. The brick
body is patterned in a modified Flemish bond, using a traditional
color scheme of red with a black accent. A dark green decorative
canopy serves as the focal point to the entrance.
Interior finishes and materials - such as the entryway's
stone tiles, warm wood finishes, and wood/stainless steel
elevator - are integrated to reflect a high-quality, corporate
image. |
