Strang,
Inc. provided comprehensive interior design and space
planning services for 50,000 square feet of the 150,000 square foot
Lands' End corporate sales distribution center. We also
developed workstation standards for future flexibility
and growth.
Projecting growth for this newly created division within
Lands' End required a flexible floor plan to accommodate
additions in personnel and functional changes. By angling
aisles, staggering systems furniture, and incorporating
different ceiling heights, Strang effectively divided
the building's long and relatively narrow space into
a flexible work area that responds to future growth
and expansion.
By incorporating natural colors, finishes, and materials
- such as maple doors and trim - we created a warm,
casual interior to complement Lands' End's overall corporate
identity.
