General Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc has been providing professional HVAC services to commercial and residential customers for over half a century. Strang designed a new three-story, 33,000 square foot corporate headquarters. The new building includes private and shared offices, a training room, conference rooms, a library, break room and open atrium. The interior design consists of maple details and industrial materials such as aluminum and mesh railings.

This project is pursuing a LEED Silver rating through the U.S. Green Building Council.
