City Center West is a 14-acre, phased business environment.
This mixed-use environment will include seven buildings, a
parking structure, and a large public plaza with a fountain
and beautifully landscaped areas. Site planning was the primary
focus of the development process.
Two large office buildings, six and seven stories respectively,
anchor the development. These buildings are connected at each
floor level and provide 6 floors of up to 40,000 contiguous
square feet of space each. In addition to underground parking,
the facilities offer a state-of-the-art training center for
100 persons, concierge service, retail spaces, a common-use
board room, and lobby and office spaces designed to rival
spaces available in larger commercial real estate markets.
Five smaller, two- to three-story office buildings are designed
in a single architectural style which is contextual to the
surrounding area and unifies the development. Bike and pedestrian
paths link City Center to surrounding areas and encourage
alternative means of transportation to the site.
