City Center West is a 14-acre, phased business environment. This mixed-use environment will include seven buildings, a parking structure, and a large public plaza with a fountain and beautifully landscaped areas. Site planning was the primary focus of the development process.

City Center West's first office building provides 6 floors of up to 40,000 contiguous square feet of space each. In addition to underground parking, the facility offers a state-of-the-art training center for 100 persons, concierge service, retail spaces, a common-use board room, lobby and office spaces. Innovative materials and products were incorporated throughout common areas to create a refined and sophisticated Class A office environment. In the lobby, a curving terrazzo floor pulls visitors through the space and into the building. Specialty lighting enhances the materials and the woods, making them glisten and shine.
