Strang designed the interior build out of 1,281 square feet on the first floor of the Fitchburg Town Center. The coffee shop features a kitchen, food preparation area, seating and comfortable armchairs in front of a fireplace. The shop features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a restored prairie. The shops bright yellow walls create a cheerful atmosphere and are accented by neutral stone and pendant light fixtures.
