Strang programmed all City Hall functions by gathering existing information and interviewing staff to determine function and size of space for each office and department. After determining space needs and projections for the next ten years, we evaluated alternatives for the location of each department within the existing building, as either an addition or a separate building. The project also included an energy retrofit and exterior rehabilitation.
