Strang completed a two-phase study to address space needs and building performance, and planned an addition and renovation to the historic art deco style building. Building usefulness, maintenance needs, life safety codes, handicap accessibility, and general space problems were addressed. A key objective was to increase facility functionality. The newly designed space for the public library, municipal court, village records, and offices boost performance of the space.
