The Mendota Square project reused an existing K-Mart structure
to accommodate a variety of multiple tenants from 5,000 to 80,000
square feet. Retail, goods and services, offices, housing and
underground parking are located on the site. Major key features
of the project include: a "green" parking lot with
plantings and tree islands; storm water management features;
and energy efficient lighting. These features will tie the project
to phase two of the design.
