Archipelago Village, a mixed-use project will offer a variety of functions to Madison's downtown area. The project will include 600,000 square feet of office space, 27 stories (at the office tower), 240-room full service hotel, 60 suites at the Extended Stay Hotel, and 400,000 square feet of retail space. The project will also offer 3,700 parking stalls, a 4 level below grade parking ramp and a 12 level above grade parking ramp. The project will offer Madison a transportation center for city and regional buses, a trolley station, taxi and rental car services. The Archipelago Village project is a anticipated Leed Gold status.
