First Federal Capital Bank established a proto-type
banking facility for its banking operations in the
Midwest. The prototype will provide personal and business
banking to First Federal customers, and includes a
generous teller area for personal banking and residential
loan operations on the main level, business baking
on the second level, a small training room and an
employee break area/kitchen on the lower level.
Also included are four drive-up lanes an ATM facility
for convenience banking. Additionally, the second
level offers leaseable space for prospective tenants
with compatible businesses.
This 21,000-s.f. facility presents a solid, stable
image with exterior materials consisting of brick
and exterior insulation and finish system. The first
proto-type was constructed in Appleton, WI in June
2003. |
